Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping issues for TruVera prescriptions and services. This is starter content β review with counsel and pharmacy partners before publishing.
Prescription Medications
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications are not eligible for return once shipped. This is consistent with state pharmacy laws and FDA guidance, which prohibit re-dispensing returned medications.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, the wrong product is shipped, or the package is lost in transit, contact us within [X] days at [support@truvera.health] and we will work with the shipping carrier and pharmacy to make it right.
Temperature-Controlled Shipments
Some medications require cold-chain shipping. If your package arrives compromised (for example, the cooling agent is fully thawed and the package was in transit longer than expected), contact us before using the medication so we can review and replace if needed.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your patient portal or by contacting [support@truvera.health]. Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles. Already-shipped medication is not refunded.
Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders
If your prescription is not approved by a clinician or cannot be filled, you will not be charged for the medication. Any pre-paid consultation fees are subject to the terms in your service agreement.
