Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of TruVera. By creating an account or using TruVera services, you agree to these terms. This is starter content β€” review with counsel before publishing.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TruVera services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use TruVera. Some services may have additional eligibility requirements.

3. Telehealth Services

TruVera connects you with licensed clinicians who review your intake and may issue prescriptions when clinically appropriate. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Clinicians make independent medical decisions based on your health information.

4. Account and Information Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the safety and appropriateness of any care you receive.

5. Prescriptions and Pharmacy Fulfillment

If a clinician issues a prescription, it is filled by an independent licensed pharmacy. Pharmacy availability, formulations, and dispensing decisions are subject to state and federal regulations.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

You authorize TruVera to charge the payment method on file for the plan you select, until you cancel. Subscription terms, including pricing and cadence, are described at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. See our Return Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TruVera site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TruVera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

TruVera content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about any medical condition. In a medical emergency, call 911.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruVera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Dispute Resolution

[Customize for your jurisdiction. Typical telehealth ToS include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver β€” review with counsel before publishing.]

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
